How can I request a copy of my latest price list?
You can download our catalogue directly from this hub which includes all the RRPs and your Trade prices for each product. Simply scroll down the vertical menu on the left hand side of the home page and click on PDF Catalogue and it will be generated for you.
When will I receive my order and what are my delivery options?
Once we have received your purchase order, we will aim to process this same day for you. Please note for larger orders that require additional preparation to meet their “goods in standards” may take longer to process.
DELIVERY
UK Deliveries
Parcelforce Free Next Day Delivery (Orders over £60.00 only): Orders placed with us Monday to Thursday before 2pm will be dispatched same day providing all items are in stock and will arrive the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will still be processed and dispatched same day, however, will arrive on the Monday. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked £3.95 (Applies to orders under £60.00): Orders placed with us Monday to Friday before 2pm will be dispatched same day providing all items are in stock and will arrive within 1-3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the following working
day.
EU Deliveries
All items under 2 kilos (per order) may be delivered via Royal Mail Air and orders over 2 kilos will be sent via international courier. All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
All orders being delivered to an address in Europe may be subject to local taxes and duties. We advise that you speak with your local authorities for more information.
International Deliveries
We are now able to offer customers in over 70 international destinations the opportunity to order and buy online. Items under 2 kilos will be sent via Royal Mail Air, postage costs will be calculated at checkout. For items over 2 kilos please contact the KIKI Team for shipping costs.
Orders being delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local taxes and duties. We advise that you speak with your local authorities for more information.

Do you offer credit terms?
We do indeed offer credit terms for our customers as a payment option. If you are not on credit terms with us and would like to enquire about this, please do reach out to your account manage of which their details can be found on our contact us page here.
How do I request a copy of my statement?
To request a copy of your latest statement, please email our accounts team at accounts@kiki-health.com You can also view your previous orders via the ‘Order History’ tab on the menu of the website.
Can I reserve an out of stock item?
If there is a product that you are unable to order due to it being out of stock, please do email orders@kiki-health.com to request a back order for this item, or you can click on the ‘Notify when back in stock’ button on the product page and we will email you when the item is back in stock.
Can I process dropship orders through the portal?
If you stock KIKI Health on a Dropship basis, you can also process your order through our wholesale portal. Just select the items your customer wishes to order and when in the checkout/confirm order section, select the DROPSHIP button and enter your customer details. This will ensure that your customer does not receive any literature from us including an invoice.

Where do I find the Marketing Assets?
We have a large collection of marketing assets from lifestyle imagery, logo, leaflets and manuals. You can find them all by clicking on the Marketing tab in the Menu.
Where do I find the information needed to upload the products to my website?
If you are looking to add our products to your website, you can download all our images from here. In terms of product descriptions and details, please find our Master New Line Form here. Both Pack Shot and Product Information links can be found in the Marketing Tab on the Menu.
